July 16 - Upcoming Scans
Hi friends and family! After Hudson’s March MRI - since he had made it 1 year post treatment - his oncology team stretched his surveillance scans to every 4 months, which means we are quickly approaching his next MRI - next Thursday, July 23!This feels a bit poetic, as July 23rd will be the two year anniversary of the seizure and ER visit that led to the discovery of Hudson’s tumor. It is not at all lost on us what an incredible blessing it is to have reached two years post diagnosis in a fight against the monster of ATRT. Although this date brings lots of emotions, more than anything, it is a reminder that we have good reason to HOPE that these scans will remain clear with no evidence of disease! We would SO appreciate any extra prayers you could offer for Hudson this week leading up to his scans.Enjoy a few pics of our growing boy (and girls!) loving all the summer things.Jesus, we trust in you!
