Hudson Update! We’ve been loving our time at home and were able to skip a trip to STL last week, as his labs on Monday of last week were all still trending the right way.

It’s a two post kind of day! Matt and I were able to sneak the girls away for some fun in St. Louis today. We were gifted tickets to Disney on Ice by Friends of Kids with Cancer, and the show did not disappoint!

Hudson and I went to clinic again yesterday. His ANC was 770 (up from 650 on Monday), platelets were 59 (up from 45) and hemoglobin was 7.9 (up from 7.5), so no blood product needed.

Hudson Update! Sorry it’s been a bit since I’ve posted - we’ve been busy enjoying our time at home and all together as a family! What a gift! 💛

CHEMO ROUND 5/TRANSPLANT ROUND 3 ✅ Hudson and I got home a little after 1pm today, and he was SO excited to be home. With Clare’s illness prior to his chemo admission, the poor guy hadn’t been home since December 20! 😱

Hudson is doing great, and it was SO GOOD to see him and Matt when I arrived around lunch time today. His ANC is 5000 today and was 1700 yesterday, so he’s met his goal of 1500 twice. He has continued to need platelets every day for the last 9-10 days. There’s a chance we could be coming home as early as tomorrow, but it likely will depend on his platelet count compared to his threshold tomorrow.
