💙✨ Hudson’s Wish Trip ✨ 💙
We had such an amazing trip last week celebrating Hudson at Give Kids The World, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, and Sea World. Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas and our amazing wish grantors Andi and Jeff went above and beyond to provide the most magical vacation for our family, and we are so, so grateful.
I could go on and on about the fun and special experiences we enjoyed. It was a non-stop, full-to-the-brim, exhausting week, but it was GOOD. The time together, as a family, in good health, experiencing new things and soaking in each others’ excitement was irreplaceable. We felt lots of JOY. It was truly magical.
I can’t say enough about Give Kids the World and how they strive to make every kid, even the siblings, feel seen and LOVED. GKTW is such a special place, and we are so thankful for the memories and all the people who volunteer their time and treasure to make it a reality.
Our only hiccup was when Hudson tumbled from his chair while eating at EPCOT and earned himself a trip to urgent care for 3 stitches. 😅 Thankfully even that process went as smoothly as could be expected, and Hudson proved once again what a tough kiddo he is.
Flying in airplanes, meeting characters, riding lots of rides, finding special souvenirs, watching lots of shows, ice cream every day, outdoor swimming in February, horseback riding, holiday parties at the village, daily surprises on the porch, spa treatments, Hudson’s star ceremony, special time with Mimi and Papa - the list of highlights is long and goes on and on, and the photos are here to prove it! Choosing only 80 was nearly impossible. 😆
